Beautiful winter landscape, Russ! Wish I was back in Cali right now to have snowy peaks and sandy beaches both within close access.
Hope you are having a great winter!

David,
Thanks for the comments. We do take avalanche beacons, probes and shovels as well and practice using them regularly. Fortunately, we haven't had to use them but safety is our top concern. The mountains are beautiful and fun, but must be respected.

Russ we really like your photography, and the fact you go out on your skis to get shots is great! There is something about snow that creates beauty on anything and everything that it falls on and at the same time offering so much fun. Proper equipment is a must for the backcountry and that is not just apparel, having proper avalanche safety equipment is a must also. We look forward to checking back for new updates. In the meantime we invite you to check us out at www.myallmountainaccess.com and we'd love for you to check us out at our facebook page also. Just do a quick search for All Mountain Access.
